Ttk11 Terms and Conditions — Please read before use

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the ttk11 platform (ttk11.win) and all its members or users. By registering, browsing, or using any service on ttk11, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

• It is recommended to change your password regularly and keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
• You are personally responsible for all bets and transactions made from your account.

Deposits on ttk11 can be made via Mobile Banking and Nagad. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
• You may only deposit from a Mobile Banking or Nagad account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party or from someone else's mobile banking account is not permitted.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a Mobile Banking or Nagad account registered in your own name — the same account used at the time of deposit.
• For verified members, withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed by 24–72 hours if KYC verification has not been completed.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus.
• A daily maximum withdrawal limit is in place, which varies according to account level.

Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted. Please verify all details before confirming your request. ttk11 may not be able to recover funds sent to an incorrect account number.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on ttk11 at all times. These rules cover Sports Betting, live betting, and e-sports betting:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the cashout option is available.
• Odds may change before a match begins. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• Ttk11 is not obligated to settle bets placed at odds that were incorrectly offered due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• Ttk11 may void bets placed on events linked to match-fixing or sports corruption.
• A maximum payout limit applies to each bet, which varies by game and market.

For live betting, any bets already confirmed will remain valid in the event of an internet disconnection or platform issue. For unconfirmed bets, ttk11 will review system logs to make a determination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ttk11. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name (multi-accounting).
• Opening multiple accounts under different identities to claim bonus or promotion benefits.
• Logging into or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Harassing or threatening other members or staff.
• Using ttk11's intellectual property without authorization.

Ttk11 is an entertainment platform. ttk11 accepts no liability for the following:

• In the event of a missed or lost bet due to an internet connection issue.
• In the event of issues caused by a fault with your device or software.
• Due to a delay or error by a third-party payment provider.
• In the event of unexpected technical failure or force majeure circumstances.
• For financial losses arising from betting — as betting always carries risk.

Ttk11 always strives to maintain service quality, but temporary downtime may occasionally be required for maintenance or upgrades. No compensation will be provided for such interruptions.

Ttk11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected.
• Failure to respond to a KYC verification request.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.

You may also request account closure at any time through our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. ttk11 reserves the right to review balances on accounts closed due to rule violations.

Ttk11 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never bet beyond your means. Do not wager more than you can afford to lose.
• If you notice signs of betting addiction, seek help immediately.
